On June 18, 2004, Dave resurrected his until-then defunct website www.6767.com, using it as his web log to keep people informed what is going on his personal and professional life.

It was only natural that the Jane's Addiction breakup was officially announced on 6767.com by Dave, Stephen Perkins and Chris Chaney on June 22, 2004.

He also announced that he will continue to make music with former band members Stephen Perkins and Chris Chaney, with Steve Isaacs taking over the microphone on vocals.

To date, Dave still uses 6767.com as a place to interact with his fans and keeps them updated on an almost daily basis.
